Do you need to cancel Ejari when you move out?

Yes. When a tenancy ends the Ejari registration should be cancelled, so the property is free for the next tenant to register and your own record is clean. It is normally done with the final settlement, alongside clearing utilities and recovering the security deposit.

What about a company moving premises?
